The Hotel Latini were awarded the “Best for People” trophy by the hogast association. This certificate is a help for people looking for a job to find the companies with the best working atmosphere. Hotel manager Rita Latini accepted the award in the name of the Hotel Latini. Work in Zell am See.
The Hotel Latini is not only extremely popular with their guests because of the friendliness of the team and the high quality – but also with skilled employees appreciating the excellent working atmosphere. The hotels were awarded with the “Best for People” award for this working atmosphere. “Our employees love their work and have the opportunity to develop in their jobs. The low fluctuation of members of staff in the last years shows how content every single member of staff is – from the chamber maid to the head chef,” says hotel manager Rita Latini happily. The excellent working atmosphere at the hotels is the foundation to integrate all members of team into the development of their working environment even further.

The big flagship businesses in tourism show that it is far easier to acquire and hold excellent skilled employees with a positive image as employer. The “Best for People” award puts smaller businesses in the limelight and makes them interesting for potential employees. The “Best for People” certificate – exclusively created for the field of tourism – is awarded to smaller businesses with less than 50 members of staff. The basis of the award is a survey of the employees by the market research institution Manova GmbH. All members of the hogast association have the right to participate.
