Arrival & Check-In

Check-in is from 15:00. If you arrive earlier, we will be happy to store your luggage.

We ask you to vacate your room by 11:00 am on the day of departure.

The pool area is available to all guests until 6.00 pm. From 6 p.m. the pool belongs to our adult guests seeking peace and quiet. The sauna area is a nude area and access is permitted from the age of 14.

The ski bus stop is approx. 5 minutes' walk away. The closest lift to the Schmittenhöhe can be reached on foot in approx. 7 minutes.

Yes, for a fee of €15/day (without food). We are happy to provide a food bowl and a dog blanket on request.

Dogs are not allowed in our main restaurant. However, we offer our guests the opportunity to enjoy breakfast and dinner together with their dog in a separate "Enzian Stube". Dogs are welcome to accompany you in the lobby and bar area.
